PU board marks are important because whenever you enter the medical college they firstly see your class 12th marks and NEET is very important because this exam will ensure your future in the medical field and if you have secured a good rank in it then you can a get well-ranked college. Both PUC and NEET marks are important.

In the year 2012, the Central government had planned to conduct national level common entrance exam called National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) for Medical / Dental courses admissions across the country. The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), New Delhi is the conducting body for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET).
