General-50% equal to 360 marks
SC/ST/OBC-40% equal to 288 marks

Yes, it is possible. But, for this you need to go through the books thoroughly and build your concepts. NEET exam papers sometimes play with words, so be careful in reading those questions. Maximum questions are asked from NCERT. Also, go through previous year's question paper for building confidence and to find your mistakes.
