Hi,
As per the eligibility:
A candidate must have either passed or appearing in the 12th or any equivalent examination from a recognized board of education with physics, chemistry and biology/biotechnology as subjects of study. The candidates must also have scored a minimum of 50% marks in 12th and for reserved category students the minimum 45%.
NIOS board students are eligible to appear for NEET exam.

There is no state level rank, which is being published by NEET. However, when you apply for counselling to your state authority under the 85% state quota, your state will declare a separate merit list or rank list afterwards.

Yes, all the private medical colleges in India will accept only and only NEET scores from this year itself. So, prepare well.

Self-study is okay, but systemic approach is required. Make sure that you cover all the portion of NCERT 11th and 12th portion very thoroughly. Also, start solving as much as MCQs as you can.
