You can apply for all India quota counselling if you are eligible for it. Otherwise, you can go for your state counselling. They will tell you about the government or deemed medical institute according to your marks scored in NEET exam.

Yes, you can get admission as last year's AFMC (MBBS) cut off (minimum marks scored in NEET to be called for interview) was 498 marks out of 720 for boys and 536 marks out of 720 for girls. So, you need to score around this.
