It is not applicable now. You just have to clear 1 exam now. You can prepare for NEET 2017, which is going to be held on 7th May, 2017.

You can try to score above 500 marks to get admission, but it mainly depends on your category. Open category should have minimum of 70% marks. But, state level cutoff will be different for different states.

You should prepare for NEET exam and do not worry regarding counseling. You will notified, if you get good marks. There will be an all India counseling and one state level counseling.

It depends mainly on your category, but usually 480 to 490 is good for general category.

You will get AFMC through NEET exam. You should be in top 50 in AIR to get AFMC. The admission will occur only through NEET, there is no separate exam for that.
