NCERT XI, XII books are the best which covers almost every portion of NEET syllabus. However, you also need to solve a good number of MCQs to boost up your confidence.

For NEET and AIIMS, 12th marks or percentage is not taken into consideration for calculating the final rank. However, they are used for eligibility to appear the exam.

I would like to inform you that AIIMS itself organizes its entrance exam. If you want more information regarding marks, preparation or any other then go to https://shiksha.com and clear your doubts.
But, personally I would advice you to prepare yourself strongly and don't think of marks now. If you try hard you will surely succeed and get AIIMS.

Yes, you have to qualify for BDS and MBBS, the fee will vary from college to college, the average fees in MP Private Dental College is around 3-6 lacs per year.
