It must be your decision whether to choose MBBS or BAMS. MBBS is allopathy, while BAMS is ayurveda. MBBS will provide you little more income and respect, but to get more respect and income, you have to do Ph.D after MBBS.

See, this varies from person to person. Some can grasp very easily while some take time. So study hour varies accordingly. 12-16 hour per day is enough.
