You can start the preparation by clearing the concepts of class 9th and 10th. You can solve the MCQ books that are available. The guides now a days have MCQs at the end of each chapter, you can solve them and also try keeping your concepts clear.

In NEET, you must have 50 percentile of the cutoff for qualifying and then accordingly you will get a college after counselling.

To qualify NEET exam, refer to the following books:
For biology, refer to TRUEMAN
For physics, opt for H.C Verma
For chemistry, Pradeep is the best option.
You should also refer to NCERT books.

For students with Delhi domicile, last year's cut-off was 586 marks (general category) and if you don't have a Delhi domicile, then you need to score around 650 marks.
