If we think both courses at graduation level & you are hardworking & like field work then off course veterinary will achieve your goal. As per as veterinary course concerns, after completing the course you have many options like work in Dairy, Fishery, Goat, Horse, Poultry, Piggery, Rabbit, Wild life, etc. It means, veterinary is the only branch with one degree but will land you with 5-8 options to work. No other course will provide you such a flexibility. If you get the expertise in Horse Management, you will earn more than a MD Doctor.

You will need to go with the second exam's marks because after giving the second exam, your first one will not be considered.

You should not worry about years now, you have many choices as medical is a very wide stream. There are many other courses, you can go for courses like:
1. BHMS.
2. Lab.
3. Pharmacy.
4. Forensic.
5. Soil.
6. Plant.
7. Genetic.
