supreme court has orderered centralised entrance system for bds and mbbs courses in india i.e. NEET. all private colleges will come under it ( complete seats ). but for states, they can hold state pmts for govt colleges for native (local) students with quota, which means anyone can appear for state pmt but there is quota for respective state students. if u have given aipmt u can reappear for neet 2 on july 24 but your previous result will be null. Notification for neet 2 will appear soon.

With 380 in general category, you may not get any government colleges, but you will get Private ones. Alternatively you can also appear NEET 2 for improvement.

For securing a good percentage in NEET, you must be thorough with the NCERTs of XI and XII. Apart from that you need to solve a good number of MCQs. This will surely boost your confidence up.
