As you are preparing for NEET which requires nothing bit consistency so you must choose a course which must not be a burden. And besides this you must choose a college which is going to support you in attendance and assignments problem. In my opinion you should go for biotechnology which has almost same syllabus as NEET and it will not be a burden for your preparation. Besides these as per my experience if you are confident about your next performance in NEET then you must neglect little bit to B.Sc. Course and if you re taking biotechnology you don't have to read more about this course you can achieve a good CGPA just by reading NC

1 is government.
2 is Private.
3 is Semi government
Nearly in government college for 1 year, you have approximately 30 to 40 thousand
In private, approximately 20 lacs for 1 year
And in semi government, you have to pay approximately 40 lacs for the same.
If you pay more, you will get into MBBS.
