You have not mentioned your category (OC/BC/SC/ST/PH/NCC/Sports/PM) and your state. You will get a govt. college for BAMS but if you have an interest in MBBS, you might get it too under govt. quota. Kindly follow govt. website.

Hi Rithika,
121 score is just around the qualifying score in NEET 2017. As per the current situation, it will be difficult for you to get a government seat in India.
You can apply for admission to MCI listed government medical universities in Russia.
The course is offered in English medium at good universities for Indian students. Education is affordable.
Lectures start in the month of September so you need to apply soon.
