There is no such minimum specified marks. You need to have scored 50% in 12th and written an entrance test. Be it NEET or CET.

For getting MBBS college, you need minimum 540 marks if you belong to general category.
Since you have domicile of Bihar you can get admission in medical colleges but you won't get good MBBS colleges.

There are so many private medical colleges which can offer you a seat for your score. But hope you are financially sound to pay the fee for the whole course.

It's quite impossible because there are only 65k seats for MBBS and 25 k for BDS.
You should try for next year or try in private colleges although they are very expensive but if you can afford then you can go with private colleges also.
