NEET is easier but acceptance rate is lower. It has acceptance rate of around 0.1 percent whereas IIT JEE has 1 percentage so you can calculate. Also at the end of the day its about getting accepted.

Obviously, you can score good marks by reading only NCERT books but GOOD is not enough in medical exams for getting admission in a government. Medical college. So, you have to refer other supplementary books but only after by completing the whole syllabus of NCERT books
