For admission into government medical colleges you need a score around 520. Below this score you may not get any government medical colleges.

For admission into government medical colleges in general category you need a score around 500 while for private medical colleges you need around 350.

Though there's no proper statistical data, in an average around 500 students secure marks above 600 in NEET.

You have scored very less. So it will be difficult for you to get admission into any government colleges for BVSc. For BVSc you need around 250.
