Yes definitely you can prepare for NEET after inter. Do clarify your basics from the NCERTs of clas 11th and 12th. And try solving as many as MCQs as you can

For admission into government medical colleges under general category you need a score around 500. Below this score you may not get any government college.

you have to first register yourself in the counselling portal by your NEET roll number regd no, date of birth, etc. then you'll be able to lock the choices available for you.
