To get admission in topmost government medical colleges in general category your score should be around 550-580.

Its difficult that you can get admission with this score to BVSc courses. Still you can give a try. Attend the counselling.

For admission into MBBS in government medical colleges general category, your score should be around 500. Below this score, it's less predictable that you'll get admission into government medical colleges. So, you can expect private medical colleges.

NEET eligibility criteria says your score should be 50% in aggregate in physics, chemistry and biology.
But your score is below 50%, so, you need to appear for improvement.
