It might be difficult for you to get admission into government medical colleges for MBBS at this score. For government medical colleges you should be 450+. However, you can try in private medical colleges

Hello Dear,
In 100000 (1 Lac) general rank in NEET, you can expect only private medical colleges with high fee structure. Its not possible to get government at this score. Government seat gets exhausted around 20k rank.

After publication of NEET results, the first thing that you'll be facing is the All India Quota Counselling to be conducted for 15% seats. Remaining 85% counselling will be done by the state authority.

For securing a good score in NEET say 450+, you need to be very through the syllabus of NCERT of class 11th and 12th. Also you need to develop your MCQ solving skill by solving as much as MCQs as you can.
