You have very good chance that you'll get admission into MBBS in government medical colleges at this score as you belong to reserved category SC.
All the best. Feel free to revert back in case further queries

Its very very less predictable that you can get admission to any medical courses anywhere in India with a score of 170. For Private college BDS also your score needs to be around 250.
Hope this helps!

For admission into government medical colleges, your score should not less than 450 for the general category if you are expecting MBBS. Below this score, you can get government BDS and privates.

But if you plan to study for the next year then join a good coaching center. So it will be of immense help to you.
Then, you can also go for medical related studies like b.sc biotechnology, etc. and while doing so you can write NEET.
If you decide not to, then try for other medical courses like veterinary science, B.Sc, etc. which may give you a good job, may be as a teacher or a lab specialist.

The disadvantages are: You need to focus on both your board exams and NEET (if you are in 12th). So you need to balance both. You also need to learn for both simultaneously with full focus and concentration without losing anything.

But if you join a coaching centre you will be getting more practice in solving problems and they might help you in clearing the doubts regarding the concepts.
So if you have a good coaching centre near your home, you can join there.
But the only thing is, your contribution matters a lot.
