Firstly, don't worry. Not passing NEET is not end of life. There are plenty of opportunities. You can do Nutritionist course. You can think of doing B.Sc Ot or PT.

Russia is an excellent choice to study medicine. You should choose an MCI listed university and fill eligibility form at MCI before leaving the country.
