For getting admission in MBBS in government medical colleges, your score should be less than 500 in general category. For reserved category, this should be 400.

NEET is conducted for admission into MBBS, BDS, BAMS and BHMS courses in India. MBBS and BDS are the preferred courses among all.

As per the eligibility criteria of NEET, you need an aggregate percentage of 50% in physics, chemistry and biology in general category in 12th.

As per the eligibility criteria of NEET for general category, the aggregate percentage in physics, chemistry and biology shouldn't be less than 50%.

Yes, if you want to join in BAMS or BHMS course, you have to appear NEET and score 400+ marks.
