For your General information, three types of colleges are there:
1 is government.
2 is Private.
3 is Semi government
Nearly in government college for 1 year, you have approximately 30 to 40 thousand
In private, approximately 20 lacs for 1 year
And in semi government, you have to pay approximately 40 lacs for the same.
If you pay more, you will get into MBBS.

There is no private college in India for admission in MBBS below 10 lacs. The minimum fees is 30 lacs in a private college.

Medical admission is must be required to pass out NEET exam & state board examination 50% are eligible. In medical college they are like AIQ, SQ seat, Mq, NRI seat are available. Your NEET rank is very good & apply to the chances in AIIMS medical college.
