An important point to know here, medical studies in Canada can be done only after completing a Bachelor's degree. First and foremost, you need to apply for a BS degree in a relevant field such as biological sciences which would be of four years, after completing your degree you have to clear the Medical College Admissions Test and apply to a medical school. Now, most medical schools do not admit international students so studying medical in Canada is a tough and difficult choice. Please check university websites in Canada and find out the requirements and check the international student requirement. Typically maths

If you have the relevant education background and meet the admission requirements then you can choose it. Most importantly if this area falls under your interest you should go ahead and apply. You can visit the McGill University website and see the programme admission requirements, you will know if you can apply or not.

You need to be a Canadian citizen but first, you must clear the medical exams by the Canadian Council, it is a two-stage exam to pass. It is very difficult too. You will be eligible to pursue PG and practice only if you pass the exam.

No, the MBBS comparable degree is not available in Canada for Medicals but you may do an undergrad degree in Bio or pre-medicals & then clear MCAT to get admission in a Medical school. It is very competitive though.
