Comparing between Trinity School of Medicine in the USA and All India Institute of Medical Sciences Delhi for pursual of an MD is based on the following factors. Trinity School of Medicine has curriculum which is similar to that of US and therefore there should not be a lot of adjustment when one gets there to practice. To pursue MBBS from the US, Indian students must have B.Sc. Degree or have to go for a Pre Medical programme to qualify to appear in the entrance exam known as MCAT (Medical Common Admission Test) and have a good score to apply to various Medical Universities. Admission is not guaranteed, as competition is stiff.
Government Universities give preference to their own citizens and do not admit International students for MBBS programme.
Private Universities do admit and set aside a small percentage of their annual seats for International students. Fees in these Universities are high. Regards.

Hello Jeel,
To further study or practice in US, your brother must clear the United States Medical Licensing Exams (USMLE). USMLE is an extremely tough exam. Please visit their website for details. To study some health related master degree programs you must take the GRE.
