With a NEET score around 200, your best chances for admission to a private medical college for MBBS or BDS would likely lie with lesser-known private colleges in less competitive regions, as most reputed private colleges will have significantly higher cut-offs; consider options like Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Coimbatore, SRM Institute of Science and Technology, Chennai, Manipal Academy of Higher Education, Manipal, Datta Meghe Institute of Higher Education and Research, Wardha, and Sri Ramachandra Institute of Higher Education and Research, Chennai; however, be prepared for high fees at these institutions.

Obtaining a seat in OBG at an All India Rank (AIR) of 39,700 in NEET PG 2024 in the SC category might be difficult since last years' data suggests that closing ranks for OBG in well-established colleges are much higher.

If you are in any way interested to do a pharmacy course and you don't want to write GPAT then there are B.Pharm or M.Pharm programs which are available for direct admission in the university or the university conducts its own exam. Some of the private and state universities offer direct admission to the candidates in Class 12 (for B.Pharm) or in B.Pharm marks (for M.Pharm).B.Pharm is prescribed on 50-55 % from class 12th with PCB/PCB and Mathematics as subjects.
