Yes, you are eligible for NEET UG being an ST category candidate. You should have passed 12th Class with the subjects Physics, Chemistry and Biology and minimum of 40% aggregate marks of these subjects taken together. Your aggregate scores of 39 in Biology, 40 in Physics and 40 in Chemistry are meeting the eligibility criterion as overall aggregate for the ST candidate require only 40%.
