There are paramedical courses after the 10th when students opt for various certificate and Diploma courses such as Medical Lab Technology, X-ray Technician, General Duty Assistant, and Operation Theater Technician.All these courses usually last between 6 months to 2 years. Any individual whose pass in the 10th standard is recognized, with a few institutions setting up a minimum percentage as a requirement, will be eligible for these courses. Paramedical courses provide an entry-level job at hospitals and diagnostic or health care facilities: technicians and other support staff for health service activity.

Yes, you can look for options in private colleges for MBBS but chances of getting government college for an MBBS course with this rank is negligible but there are good colleges in the private sector. You can look up for them.

RIMS Imphal cutoff 2024 is out for admission to the MS courses. As per the NEET PG Round 2 cutoff, the closing ranks varied between 8192 and 11575,  of which MS in Obstetrtics and Gynaecology was the most competitive MS specialisation to get admission at Regional Institute of Medical Sciences for General category students in the AI quota. The first round cutoff ranks ranged between 7607 and 11575. So, considering both the rounds, students must aim to secure a rank up to 11575 to get RIMS Imphal for MS admission.

Sri Venkateswara Institute of Medical Sciences accepts NEET PG scores for admission to the MD courses. As per the NEET PG round 2 cutoff 2024, the closing ranks varied between 2113 and 39123. Among all the MD specialisations, the most in-demand one was MD in General Medicine with a last-round closing rank of 2113 for admission. This is for the General AI category students. You cannot get admission into MBBS course at any Medical College without clearing the NEET Entrance Exam. Even for admission in Private Medical Colleges you need atleast 150 marks out of 720 in NEET. However you can join MBBS directly if you go abroad.

Royal Global University (RGU) provides a BPT course. The eligibility criteria for admission are that the candidate must have passed 10+2 in the science stream with a minimum of 50% marks or equivalent grades in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English as core subjects. A relaxation of 5% is given for SC/ST/OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) candidates. Moreover, the candidate should be between 17 and 30 years of age on December 31 of the year of admission.
