It is compulsory for international students coming from non-English speaking country to provide proof of proficiency in English language. The mode of instruction in most of Canada universities is English, therefore, almost all universities in Canada ask to submit English proficiency test scores along with documents. As an evidence of English language universities in Canada generally accept the following English language test scores; IELTS, TOEFL, PTE, and Duolingo.

Hi Shivani, you won't find any MBBS programs in Canada. The medical studies begins after one has completed the Bachelors degree and also many medical schools are not open to foreign students. The general process is that you must enroll into a four year Bachelor degree program and thereafter clear the MCAT based on which you must seek admission in a medical school. You have to check the requirements before applying.
