You normally need to have a very high NEET exam score to get an MBBS seat at CMC Vellore in the General category. Given that CMC Vellore is one of the most prominent medical schools in India with a small number of seats and fierce competition, recent trends indicate that a NEET score of 650+ is often needed for a good chance. Depending on variables such as the exam's difficulty, the volume of applications, and seat availability, the precise cutoff may change each year. Furthermore, CMC Vellore has a selection procedure that emphasises Christian minority candidates and evaluates candidates' service attitudes. To increase your chances, m

Dear Chacko, In Karnataka, admission to the B.Sc. Nursing course is primarily conducted through the Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA). Candidates are required to appear for the Common Entrance Test (CET) conducted by KEA, which assesses proficiency in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology. This CET score is essential for securing a seat in government and private nursing colleges within the state. While NEET-UG is a national-level examination for medical courses, for B.Sc. Nursing admissions in Karnataka, the KEA's CET is the mandated pathway. Therefore, focusing on the KEA CET will be more beneficial for your B.Sc. Nursing aspirations i

It may be difficult to get into a government medical institution with a 60% grade in your 12th board particularly for MBBS programs which have high cutoff scores. Government medical schools usually require a competitive NEET (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test) score in addition to strong academic credentials especially in biology and chemistry. Despite your rather low Chemistry and Biology scores you might still be able to get into the All India Quota or the State Quota, depending on the cutoff, if you do well on the NEET. To increase your prospects it is advised that you concentrate on raising your NEET score.
