Yes, an MBBS graduate can pursue a career in Forensic Medical Science. After completing their MBBS degree, individuals can specialize in forensic medicine and become forensic pathologists or forensic medical examiners. To specialize in forensic medicine, individuals typically need to undergo additional training and education in forensic pathology, which involves studying the application of medical knowledge to legal matters, investigating causes of death, conducting autopsies, and collecting evidence from deceased individuals.

Yes, a medical doctor with an MBBS (Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery) can become a forensic scientist. While an MBBS degree primarily focuses on clinical medicine and patient care, it provides a solid foundation in medical sciences and human anatomy. These fundamental skills and knowledge can be applied to forensic science, particularly in areas like forensic pathology or medicolegal investigations.

Not necessarily, but completing an MBBS degree can also be fruitful for candidates in the Forensic Medical Science field. To become a forensic pathologist or forensic medical examiner, individuals must first obtain a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) degree from a recognised medical college or university. After completing the MBBS program, aspiring forensic medicine professionals usually pursue further specialisation and training in forensic pathology through postgraduate courses or fellowships.

Every year, Kasturba Medical College (KMC), Manipal's MBBS closing rank changes according to the NEET-UG test results and the volume of applications. The general category closing rank for the All India Quota typically falls between 5,000 and 15,000, though this might vary based on competition and seat availability. The cutoff rank is sometimes lower for reserved categories and state quotas. Securing a spot at KMC, one of the best private medical institutions in India, needs a competitive rank and a solid NEET score.

There are 250 spots available for the MBBS programme at University of Delhi's Maulana Azad Medical College (MAMC). Several quotas, such as the Delhi state quota, the All India Quota (AIQ), and reserved categories including SC, ST, OBC, and EWS, are used to distribute these seats. The NEET-UG exam determines admission to the MBBS program. The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) provides counselling after counselling is completed. Due to its limited number of seats, MAMC is one of the most esteemed medical colleges in India, making admissions extremely tough.
