Yes, you can take admssion in aiims delhi for MBBS if you appear for NEET exam and have rank under 50 for general category.If you belong to OBC your rank must be below 60For SC and ST, you can get AIIMS, Delhi if you have a rank within 500.

Rolling 420 marks in NEET, getting a seat in Govt medical college of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana is possibly tough but not nonviable as it needs to check the cutoff for current year. The government medical colleges in these states generally cut-off greater and therefore, the more aggressive from Gen. It will be tough to get a seat in BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery) government college, as they generally have high cutoffs with 452 being the marks which resembles rank around 284741 ranks. Still, opportunities may arise in a few of the government or semi-government colleges including state where there is low competition and also within lower ranks. One should go through the cutoffs of past years for government Ayurveda colleges and also apply to counseling. You may also try for the private Ayurvedic colleges, these have different cutoff through ranks and might be approachable via this.
