In Physics, if you have a backlog, you can still enter MBBS. However, it cannot be removed as it has to be cleared before applying for admission into MBBS. Most medical colleges require minimum 50 % marks in PCB subjects (Physics, Chemistry and Biology) at class 12 level, along with passing each individual subject separately. The crux is to clear the backlog so that one can meet eligibility criteria. One has to retake his or her Physics papers and then go ahead with applying for MBBS admissions once he or she is through this backlog. With 63% in Class 12th (PCMB) and 145 marks in NEET, you have a good chance of getting into several colleges, particularly private institutions or less competitive government colleges. For medical courses such as MBBS, your NEET score may be too low for top government universities, but you can consider BDS, BAMS, BHMS, or B.Sc. Nursing. Furthermore, certain private colleges may have management quota seats. It's also worth investigating allied health sciences or paramedical programs. To determine the greatest fit for you, look into the admission criteria and cutoffs at certain universities. Good luck!

Yes, you are eligible for NEET exam if you have PCMB in Class 12th through NIOS (National Institute of Open Schooling). The eligibility criteria for NEET exam is you must have passed the Class 12 or equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry, Biology or Biotechnology, and English as core subjects from any state board or recognised board. So, you are eligible to attempt NEET exam. Also you must have atleast 50% marks (40% for SC, ST, OBC category) in PCB subjects in class 12th.
