450 marks in NEET is a good score. You can opt for admission to Prathima Medical College with a NEET score of 450. The fee structure for MBBS at Prathima Medical College is around INR 2.7 L. However the mentioned fee is for Govt. quota seats. The mentioned fee does not include charges applicable during the internship of the program. The mentioned fee is as per Government of Telangana. Yes, it is possible to get admission to an MBBS government medical college with a score of 400 in NEET. However, it is challenging due to the competitive nature of the exam and the limited number of seats available. Some government medical colleges that accept students with 400 marks in NEET include Assam Medical College and Purulia Government College. Additionally, candidates with 400 marks can explore other options such as private medical colleges and state quota seats
