As per the eligibility requirements, no you cannot appear for NEET if you come from a commerce background. The NEET exam pertains to students who have had physics, chemistry and biology in their 11 and 12 grade. Moreover, the NEET exam is for medical, dental and other related areas which involve a thorough and in-depth understanding of human biology and physiology. Hence, a student with a commerce stream becomes ineligible to apply and appear for this examination.

Yes, MBBS placement are average at Hemwati Nandan Bahuguna Uttrakhand  The average package for B.Tech graduates at Hemwati Nandan Bahuguna Garhwal University (HNBGU) is around INR 4.5 LPA, with the highest package around INR 6 LPA. However, according to one review the average package is INR 3 lacs with the highest price being INR 7 lacs.

Jamia Hamdard University MBBS course duration is four-and-a-half-year followed by one year of compulsory rotating internship. The university offers the MBBS programme through the Hamdard Institute of Medical Sciences And Research at the UG level. Jamia Hamdard University fee includes multiple components that are one-time chargeable or have to be paid annually/semesterly. The components included in the total fee are tuition fee, admission fee, hostel fee, alumni fund, etc. Students need to pay some amount of the total fee at the time of admission for seat confirmation. The total tution fee is structured to be around INR 72 L.
