Yes, it is possible to get admission at Vir Chandra Singh Garhwali Government Institute of Medical Science & Research at 40000 rank for MBBS. The cutoff was closed at rank 45160, for the General Home State category candidates. For the EWS HS category candidates also, the admission is possible at 40000 rank, as the cutoff for the same closed at 49263.
