You can find admission into government as well as private medical colleges with 317 AIR, 572491 category rank, 65299 AIR in NEET, and 75.41 EWS percentile. The tuition fee you'd pay also depends with your EWS category rank and colleges you could attend include Lady Hardinge Medical College New Delhi on an EWS fee of INR 2,400/yr or Government Medical College Chandigarh at INR 20,000/yr. Several other possibilities include private medical colleges: Kasturba Medical College, Manipal - INR 14,40,000 per year; Hamdard Institute of Medical Sciences and Research New Delhi - INR 11,75 000 per year.

To get admission into a BHMS government college one might find it difficult as the cutoff marks for NEET are normally high and if one was able to score 190 marks, then one must be lucky. But there are certain state and college norms, through which you might get admission in some government colleges. For instance, in Maharashtra the BHMS government college intake ranged from 210-240 marks in NEET. But in Delhi it was between 220-250 marks roughly. No, you probably won't be able to get an MBBS seat with a score of 212 in NEET 2024 if you're in the OBC category. But with a lower score can participate in multiple rounds of counseling to get their desired seat. They can also participate in state-level and national-level counseling to increase their chances of admission.

Although you have scored 124090 in NEET and you are from SC category, you might be admitted in government colleges. From the previous year's cutoffs you can get an idea that even for admission to college like Government Medical College, Chandigarh which takes SC category students with a rank of 123131 or Government Medical College, Amritsar with SC category rank 128561 . Other options could be ESIC Medical College, Faridabad which charges INR 2,400 as tuition fee per annum Medical- Vardhman Mahavir Medical College, New Delhi. What is however important to understand is that cutoff ranks may not be similar for two consecutive years.

Hence getting into a dental or veterinary college may be difficult if the NEET 2024 score is 198, as the cutoff marks for veterinary colleges for general category ranges between 720-164, while for SC/ST/OBC categories is between 163-129. However, you need to find private colleges or deemed universities possibly having a lower cutoff than the one you are interested in. Scored 121 in NEET, from ST category, to get into a medical college, the number of options are very few. In NEET exam conducted in the year 2022, cutoff marks of ST category for admission to first government college will be 137 and for first private college will be 107. But, cutoff marks differ from state to state and college to college.
