Absolutely, you can pursue MBBS after completing your BSc degree from Vellore Institute of Technology Chennai because there is no age limit to pursue the programme. But, in order to be admitted to MBBS, you must pass the All-India Medical Entrance Exam, NEET.

If you have already taken the NEET exam, you do not need to clear the AIIMS entrance test separately for admission to AIIMS Raipur. Admission to AIIMS Raipur for courses like MBBS is based on NEET scores. NEET serves as the qualifying exam for admission to AIIMS and other medical colleges in India. Therefore, if you have cleared NEET, you are eligible for admission to AIIMS Raipur based on your NEET performance
