NEET PG exam is necessary to get admission to MD in General Medicine course at Siddhartha Medical College. Based on the Siddhartha Medical College cutoff 2024, the NEET PG cutoff stood between 2344 and 94718 for the General AI category candidates. Among all the courses released by the institute, the most sought-after course was MD in Dermatology, Venereology and Leprosy, and the required rank for MD in General Medicine stood at 2388 for the General AI category candidates. So, if you have 3k rank, then it would be difficult for you to get into the institute.

Yes, candidates who have not appeared for the NEET-UG entrance exam can take admission in the GITAM Vishakhapatnam BPharm programme. They will have to apply for admission through the GITAM GAT entrance exam. The results for the exam are announced as soon as the exams are over and is comparatively easier than NEET-UG as the competition is not that high. Candidates who feel NEET-UG is harder for them should apply for this exam to secure admission into the programme.
