With a NEET score of 416, you have chances of getting a decent college for MBBS. 416 is a very much average score and with this, getting a top government college is very much difficult. The admission cut-off for a top government medical college is generally  680 out of 720 for general candidates. Private Institute usually have a lower cutoff than government once. So yes, you can get a MBBS college with that score but a private one and that too a decent college.

The cutoff rank for the OBC category for the Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) course at PGIMS Rohtak in 2024 was 15,375. The cutoff for the General HS quota was 7,529. The minimum marks required in NEET for MBBS admission in 2024-2025 for the OBC category is 161.
