No, you are not eligible for the defence personnel quota for MBBS if your father is serving in ITBP: The defence personnel quota is only available to the wards, widows, and wives of serving or retired personnel from the Army, Navy, or Air Force. Children of paramilitary forces like ITBP are not eligible for the seats reserved for the wards of army personnel. The defence quota in NEET is a reservation system that allocates a certain percentage of seats in medical colleges for the children of defence personnel.
