Selection Process for MBBS:To get admission for MBBS programs in India you need to clear National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) score. Refer to the following steps:Appear for NEET exam: You have to register and take the NEET exam, conducted by NTA. This is a national level entrance exam for medical aspirants.Qualify NEET exam: candidate need to secure the minimum qualifying percentage (vary depending upon your category).Counselling: Based on your NEET score and category, you need to participate in the counselling process.Seat Allotment: During the counselling session, based on your: 1. rank, 2. preferences, and 3. seat availability, you'll be allotted with a seat in a government, deemed, or private medical college.Document Verification & Admission: After the allotment of a seat, you'll have to submit the required documents for verification and pay the admission fees in order to secure your place in the MBBS program.

Selection Process:  there are two-steps:NEET (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test): Securing a qualifying score in NEET is mandatory for MBBS aspirants.State Counselling & Seat Allotment: After the NEET results are declared, each state conducts its own counselling and seat allotment process. The process considers various factors, including:NEET Score: Higher scores lead to better chances of securing a seat in a preferred college.Reservation Policy: Seats are reserved for candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), Other Backward Classes (OBC), and other categories as per government guidelines.Domicile Quota: Some seats are reserved for candidates who are residents of that particular state.

Cadidates must apply using the prescribed application form available on the institution's website and submit it before the indicated deadline.Eligibility criteria include a minimum of 55% marks in a Master's degree or equivalent grade, with certain relaxations for specific categories.Candidates who have cleared M.Phil. coursework with at least 55% marks are eligible to proceed to research work leading to  Ph.D.Selection is based on an entrance test (70%) and interview performance (30%), with exemptions for candidates with specific national-level eligibility tests or fellowships.An interview/viva voce will also assess the candidate's competence for the proposed research.
