According to the records at Meerut Institute of Engineering and Technology approximately 70 percent of students get placed every year, the highest package offered was 28 LPA and the average package offered was 4 LPA. Yes, IIMT University offers better placements than Meerut Institute of Engineering and Technology. As per the latest reports, the highest and average package offered during IIMT placement 2022 stood at INR 32.05 LPA and INR 4.88 LPA, respectively. Further, 480 recruiters participated in the placement process and selected 1,200 students in various sectors viz., Consulting, BFSI, FMCG, etc. The top recruiters of IIMT Greater Noida in 2022 included Accenture, TCS, Wipro, Infosys, EY, KPMG, PwC, etc. and in case of Meerut Institute of Engineering and Technology approximately 70 percent of students get placed every year. The official placement report for 2023 has not yet been released by Meerut Institute of Engineering and Technology. However, during the Meerut Institute of Engineering and Technology placements of 2021 year, a total of 607 UG and 100 PG students were placed, according to the NIRF 2022 report. For BTech students, the maximum Package available was INR 28 LPA, while the median package was INR 3.60 LPA. The median package for MBA and MPharma courses was INR 3.75 LPA and INR 3.12 LPA, respectively.

There are no special entrance for Meerut Institute of Engineering and Technology, the selection takes place on the merit based of the exams like for MBA admission the student have to go for CUET-PG and other option like UPCAT is also there for admission then on the basis of merit one can get admission in Meerut Institute of Engineering and Technology. The CUET-PG Last Round score (General-All India) for MBA was 22063. JEE Mains scores, followed by UPTAC counseling, determine BTech admissions at Meerut Institute of Engineering and Technology (MIET).

Meerut Institute of Engineering and Technology offers a full-time Master of Business Administration (MBA) programme, which is of two-year duration. MIET offers a Dual Specialisation wherein students can choose any two specialisations for developing specific and unique skills. To be eligible for admission to this course, candidates must meet the following eligibility:The candidate must have undergraduate degree with 50% aggregate, then the candidate must have to go for CUET-PG by NTA then on the basis of merit one can get admission in Meerut Institute of Engineering and Technology.

As per the latest data from official MIET site the seat intake for MBA at Meerut Institute of Engineering and Technology for the session 2023-24 was 180. The total number of seats available for 2 years course Masters of Business Administration is 180 students . The seats for other courser are : B.Tech Biotechnology- 60B.Tech Chemical Engineering-30B.Tech Civil Engineering - 60B.Tech Computer Science- 60 B.Tech Computer Science and Engineering- 360 for more data you can refer to Shiksha website and MIET official website

No, Meerut Institute of Engineering and Technology is not as good as IIMT University as looking towards their placement records. In Meerut Institute of Engineering and Technology approximately 70 percent of students get placed every year. Yes, you can join Meerut Institute of Engineering and Technology directly. There is no such entrance exam specially for getting admission in Meerut Institute of Engineering and Technology. The candidate have to pass his 12th with at least 60% in aggregate, and have to go through JEE ( Joint Entrance Examination) for B.Tech. Earlier there was a particular entrance exam called UPTU but now they give admission on the basis of JEE Mains only. Once you clear the cut off then you have to fill counselling form for colleges and according to your score or rank, you will get the college.

Yes, we can consider Meerut Institute of Engineering and Technology as a decent college as students often gets placed during their 6th semester. Various companies visit the college, such as wipro, intel, etc. The highest package is around 10 lpa and the average is 3-4 lpa. 80% of students get placed every year, so we can consider it as a good option for pursuing under graduation.
