First of all both colleges are good and MIET is run by gaurav aggrawal and NIET is run by her sister I think NIET is better because more company are coming for campus requirement. And placements is also good in these college.

For B.Tech through CSE i prefer you to choose PSIT kanpur as it has good placement record and large no. Of recruiters.

On the basis of your SC rank, you can get MIET, but at the time of counseling, you should have proper category certificate, otherwise you'll be considered as a general candidate.

Admissions to MBA at MIET are based on the counselling at the college level by the Admission Committee. Candidates must have qualified UPSEE/ CAT/ MAT/ CMAT. Minimum qualification is graduation in any discipline or an equivalent qualification from any institute affiliated to a university recognised by UGC. Candidates must have scored at least 50% aggregate marks in the qualifying degree examination.
