No, Meghalaya State NEET Counseling does not give reservation to other state students. According to the latest notification issued by the Meghalaya government regarding NEET counseling under the state quota, only indigenous residents and candidates with permanent resident certificates of the state were eligible to apply under the 85% state quota. You may get EWS reservation under the All India Quota for admission in the Medical Colleges of Meghalaya, but you are not eligible for EWS or female reservation if you are an outside-state candidate. To be eligible for reservation in Meghalaya State Counseling for MBBS or BDS you need to have a permanent resident Certificate from Meghalaya.
