Yes, Melbourne Institute of Technology offers two types of scholarships to international students:1. MIT International Excellence Scholarship —It is available to both graduate and undergraduate students who commence their programme in any trimester, excluding the November trimester. The scholarship is awarded based on a candidate's academic merit before joining MIT. Students can avail themselves of a 20% reduction in their tuition fee for a trimester if they are awarded this scholarship.Eligibility Criteria for International Undergraduates    Must be a full-time international student commencing the programme in any but the November trimester    Must have secured a minimum aggregate of 70% in high school (12th standard) with no fail grades and not a single individual subject score of below 65%    The minimum IELTS (Academic) score required: 7 (with no band less than 6.5)    Must submit an essay (500-800 words) citing the need for the scholarship    Must not have received governmental or organizational sponsorshipEligibility Criteria for International GraduatesThe criteria for PG students is the same as that applicable to UG students except for one thing:Must have secured a minimum aggregate of 70% in graduationMust have no fail gradesMust not have a single subject score of below 65%Process of Awarding ScholarshipEligible candidates must appear for an interview to showcase their communication skills and verify the data provided in their application forms.
