Hi Arjun,
Some really good universities for IT studies in Australia are: RMIT, Monash University, University of Melbourne, La Trobe University, Victoria Universityand Deakin University. These are Australia's top universities also located in Melbourne. With a good qualification, good academic performance from a good university you can manage to find a job, if you have the skillset.
Best of luck.

The job prospects for pharmacists in Australia has been rated as 'very good' but difficult for international students if you don't excel in your academics and don't have the skills. Before enrolling into any university enquire about the internship opportunities and career assistance. Also, read this

Hi Nisarg, it will be difficult and will depend totally on how you can cope up with the pressure. There are students who take upto 2-3 jobs however this will affect your studies. Take an education loan and of course do a part time job if you have the time. Your studies and academic performance must be the priority.
Best of Luck.
