General Merit Candidates seeking admission to the first year of the four-year B.E. degree course at Bangalore Institute of Technology must have passed the P.U.C. / 12th examinations with a minimum of 45% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics, along with Bio-Technology / Biology / Computer Science / Electronics as optional subjects. Yes, SKIT Jaipur offers merit scholarships. The college offers Merit Cum Means Scholarship for Professional & Technical Courses CS (Minorities). An amount of INR 60,000 amount will be offered under merit scholarships. Students who belong from minor communities in state/UT throughout the country based on the state/UT-wise population of these communities.

According to the National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS), the exam conducting authority, the NEET SS merit is generated on the basis of marks obtained by the candidate and application of the prescribed tie breaking criteria. Equating/scaling and normalisation process is not applied, even though the exam is conducted in multiple days and slots, and for multiple subject or course groups.

NEET SS scorecard is an individual document which carries information regarding candidates' obtained scores, percentiles, ranks and qualifying status. On the other hand, NEET SS merit list is a common document which consists of the list of test takers along with their scores and ranks. The NEET SS merit list is released separately for each of the 13 course groups. NEET SS merit list refers to the document which carries the list of qualifying candidates along with their obtained scores and merit position, or rank. The merit list of NEET SS will be available in PDF format and can be downloaded by all. The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) will release the NEET SS merit list along with the result. The merit list will be released separately for each of the courses. Candidates will have to download and find the course-wise NEET SS merit lists and find their Roll Number and check their merit status.
