Yes, definitely you can get admission for PGDM. Firstly, fill the forms and prepare well for GD PI rounds, as they are tough to crack. All the best.

Hi,
Looking at the competition in CET. CMAT would be given less preference and CET more. But, if you perform exceptionally well in the GD and PI round, you might have a good chance to get through. Go for it at least fill 2 3 PGDM from for safer side.

Hi Roney,
It is hard to get good college for MMS at this score. However, you can try for PGDM in Chetana's/ SIES/ MET. You will get through if you perform well in GDPI.

You are eligible for the MBA course but if you are planning for good MBA colleges, its not possible to get admission in good colleges because in your final B.Com, you haven't score more than 50%.

78 percentile is quite low for getting through MMS programme in any of the mentioned colleges. You can try for PGDM course in Indira. Chetna, MET, IES close on higher scores even for PGDM.

There are a few faculty members who are different for PGDM and MMS as the subjects may vary, but few faculty members are same for both. Whereas, placements committee is only one for PGDM as well as MMS.

Yes, any work experience can be counted if you have a proof about the same. I won't guarantee that if a good weightage will be given to a call centre experience. But, yes it is counted.
