There is no doubt about it that MET is better than IBS in all terms. As MET comes in the top 10 colleges category of Mumbai MS colleges. Also, offers MS which IBS does not offer. Choose wisely.
Thank you.

You can try for MET, Chetna, and IES with this percentile. Also, apply for PGDM in all top 10 colleges for securing a seat in advance.
Thank you.

95 percentile for OBC category might be a bit hard to get MET. You can try for PGDM in MET as that might be easy for you to get in the college.
Thank you.

Greetings,
Talking about good placements-MET, IES, IBS then Amity is the order I would rank the colleges you mentioned in the question. But it also depends on your score. If you have good score then you can also try for better colleges like Dalmia, SIES and KJ Somaiya.
Thank you.

Hi Juhi,
You have good chances of PGDM for this percentile. Make sure you prepare well for the GD-PI rounds taken in MET. Also, check for the last date of submission of form as the admission process for PGDM has already commenced. All the very best.

Hi Raj,
According to me, 72.2 percentile is quite less for you to get in MET through cap rounds as the cut-off stated is around 97 percentile for open category. But you can definitely try the PGDM course in MET Institute of Management as it's an equivalent course to MMS. The admission process for PGDM has already commenced so if you are interested, you can get the information on the official website of MET IOM. Also, I would suggest you to try for all the PGDM courses of top 10 colleges as 72.2 percentile won't fetch you a good college for MMS.
I hope I was able to answer all your queries.
All the best.

As per the reviews I have got, Chetana is much more preferable for the marketing students as there is a special course offered by the institute for the same. At MET, not only the final placement but the internships as well are very well recognised for Operations especially in your case. The Infrastructure and the faculty members at MET are any day better than Chetana.

You can try for IES management college and research center (https://www.shiksha.com/college/ies-management-college-and-research-centre-bandra-west-mumbai-28220
) for a seat as this is the best one for MMS for its courses and faculties with good placement.

I think the placements are there in the college, but I don't think they will fetch a job abroad because of the following reasons:
Private B-School is a business: Starting and running a B-School is a for-profit business for the person (or association of persons) who has started it. For this, they try to market the B-School by making false promises, the most potent, being 100% placements. You go to any average B-School and they all have 100% placements, But it's far from the truth. Another issue is, even if for some batch, the institute manages to get cent percent placement, the quality of placements is an issue. A job offer of 3 LPA also

Hi.
You can surely secure a seat in MET for MMS if you have filled the offline/ACAP form.
The 1st ACAP list closed at 91 marks/95.40 percentile.
The 2nd list will be out tomorrow at 12 pm.
Good luck!
