You may get computer science branch, your marks are good but can't say about cut-off because it will depend on all students marks. You can try to get a good college. And, you may get a in MU-OET. You can try to take computer Science. You may get computer Science in MU-OET.

No, you will not get CS with the score of 99 marks. You'll need atleast 140/200 to get CS for sure.

No, you cannot get CSE in Manipal, Mangalore campus but you can definitely get other colleges in your city.
